Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need water and power?

We prefer access to a water spigot and an electrical outlet, but we can operate fully self-contained if needed. Please let us know in the booking notes if you do not have utilities available.

Can you work in the Arizona heat?

Yes, we are equipped for the heat. However, for the safety of your paint and our technicians, we highly recommend having a shaded area (garage, carport, or tree) available, especially during summer months.

How long does a detail take?

A standard Maintenance Detail (The Executive) typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Restoration packages (Desert Shield) can take 3-4 hours, and Paint Correction/Ceramic Coating is a full-day service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Payment is processed upon completion of the service.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you service my area?

We proudly serve Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix (East Valley), Mesa, and Paradise Valley. If you are outside these areas, a small travel fee may apply.
